Thomas Amanuel

During my time at school, I served as Head of Mentoring, where I supported students both pastorally and academically. In this role, I helped younger pupils manage the challenges of school life, offering guidance on wellbeing as well as subject-specific support. I also provided private tutoring in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths, the three subjects in which I achieved A* grades at A level. My experience has equipped me with the skills to explain complex concepts clearly, offer personalised academic strategies, and support students in building confidence. Additionally, I’ve helped peers and students craft strong personal statements, drawing on my understanding of what makes applications stand out.
